Job Information

This role will support the Aftermarket Parts Sales and Marketing teams in five primary areas:

  1. Parts sales & Parts application training
  2. Competitive product evaluations
  3. Other sales support activities. 
  4. Parts Program support
  5. Parts Training development and event coordinator

 The ideal candidate will display strong customer focus and an ability to interact internally with multiple functions including field support, aftermarket, sales, event coordination, customer service, and marketing.

Role & Responsibility

Sales Support

  • Provide and plan sales tactics to promote and generate additional sales for the NA markets.
  • Manage the promotional Hybris component of the Dealer Portal to provide sales and promotional tools to the dealers.
  • Monitor sales activities and generate reports related to the effectiveness of sales tactics.
  • Coordinate efforts with the marketing team to ensure effective pull through of sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Sales history and trends support.
  • Assist in NPD process with market, pricing, product and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain regular contact with Bobcat dealers to capture relevant market information to support marketing/sales promotions.

Training

  • Support Bobcat dealers and Bobcat Company personnel with product and application training.
  • Manage sales and application training programs to all channels.
  • Manage training logistics for supported departments.
  • Develop training presentations for online webcast, and classroom use.
  • Maintain current information on the dealer portal for training.
  • In conjunction with the marketing team, capture and create competitive comparison (head-to-head) presentations for training purposes.
  • Parts trade show and programs lead and coordination.

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Experience Required: 5>7 years
  • Travel Required: 25 – 50% (This role will require up to 40% travel annually.)
  • Marketing experience
  • Sales Training experience
  • Customer service experience
  • SAP and Hybris experience
  • 5-10 years’ experience in related product industry
  • Strong technical skills
  • Industry knowledge
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency with common computer applications (MS Office: Powerpoint, Outlook)
