Job Information

The role of the Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) Team Coordinator is to assist with planning and execution of MES implementations and integrations, ensure projects are managed and key milestones are met. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. This person will help support quality control throughout the project, enforce process and prepare project management artifacts.

Role & Responsibility

Project and Process Excellence

  • Support project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Estimate and support the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
  • Track project milestones.
  • Push coordination between developers and functional team to achieve sprint goals
  • Coordinate travel vs stay back support for EMEA deployments
  • Follow up on due-outs with various stakeholders
  • Help enforce the development and release management process. (e.g.
  • Ensure tickets are properly logged and managed.)

Effective Communication

  • Effectively communicate to team members regarding deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and other stakeholder presentations.
  • Facilitate meetings between business and MES team members, creating agendas, meeting notes and due-outs

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Associate's Degree in Management or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology preferred 
  • Experience Required: 2>5 years
  • Travel Required: 10-25%
  • A demonstrated ability to influence people and decisions across multiple functions and areas of expertise.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven skills as a coach and developer of people.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
  • Leader and determined personality.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong ethics and values which support the organizations goals and foster the appropriate culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
