Job Information

Position Objective

The co-op experience offers a variety of hands-on-training and exposure to the Service group, specifically: Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or Labor Time verification. Trend analysis of product field performance.Operate products for audit and verification purposes. Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty. Communicate directly with our dealer network. Process warranty return parts, and participate in tear down analysis. Troubleshoot Dealer technical questions on machines needing repair.

Engineering-Agriculture - Bachelor’s Degree/ Allow Equivalent

Engineering-General - Bachelor’s Degree/Allow Equivalent

Engineering-Industrial - Bachelor’s Degree

Engineering-Mechanical - Bachelor’s Degree/Allow Equivalent

Knowledge & Skill

Job-related

Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

3.0 or higher GPA

40 hours/week

Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite

Hands on experience a plus

Customer Service experience a plus

Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation

Commitment to Bobcat for the entire 8-month term of the co-op
