Location - West Fargo, ND

Project based position responsible for creating, developing and editing knowledge articles, work instructions and training videos, creating and updating marketing materials and other small projects as they arise.

Role & Responsibility

Perform activities in an industry leading IT Service Management (ITSM) environment utilizing knowledge management and knowledge centered support (KCS) best practices in Salesforce.com CRM and BMC Remedy solutions.

Job Requirement

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas: English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Computer Systems.

  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
  • Minimum Experience:  0-2 years
