Job Information

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the dealers with regards to sales order processing, scheduling, expediting and updating to meet the dealer and customer requirements.  Specific focus on training dealers on the dealer portal for placing orders, improving stocking, tracking order progress and monitoring dealer floor plan.

Role & Responsibility

Customer Service

  • Responsible for processing, scheduling, expediting and updating sales orders to meet the dealer and customer requirements.
  • Communicate with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
  • Coordinate lead time logistics with shipping.
  • Authorize the return of product.
  • Track and fix miss-shipment of products to correct invoicing, internal systems to allow correct accounting and inventory accuracy.

Business Acumen

  • Manage a specific group of dealers.
  • Dealer portal ordering and tracking.
  • Monitoring dealer ordering behaviors to make recommendations.
  • Monitors dealer group performance metrics and manages incoming call center issues within the call center software as part of the call center group. Use negotiation skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Develop unique solutions that encourage dealers to place orders up to a year in advance as well as limit the dealers so they don’t over order.
  • Monitoring the dealer open line of floor plan

Product Knowledge

  • Attend meetings, boot camps and HOTS training to keep updated on new products.

Job Requirement

  • Education required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience required: 2>5 years
  • Travel required: 25 - 50%
  • Strong customer service skills and follow-through necessary
  • Background in agriculture, construction or industrial equipment preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service / call center environment preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of ordering process andfulfillment
  • Knowledge of MRP (Oracle, EBC) and Microsoft software preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong drive to exceed performance expectations and ability to work with change.
  • Adopt and foster a proactive call center philosophy
