You’ve spent a great deal of time in the classroom learning. Now we’re giving you a chance to put that learning into practice. With a Bobcat co-op position, you’ll learn solid business practices from the best sourcing professionals in the industry. You’ll have a hand in planning and executing projects alongside Bobcat’s experienced management team. Role and Responsibility

  • Supporting execution of Internal Communication short and long term strategy 
  • Ensuring all communications meet company standards within specified deadlines
  • Creating and assisting with research, copy writing, editing and posting stories for various media delivery
  • Working closely with stakeholders across functions and locations to ensure timely, accurate, cost-effective completion of projects 
  • Preparing presentation materials for employee meetings and communication forums 
  • Supporting administrative needs
  • Designing printed newsletter, PowerPoint slides and other graphics as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Communications, Advertising, Human Resources, Business, Public Relations or related field
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Strong background in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and high level of motivation
  • Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Ability to follow written instructions and learn new programs and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize information.

  • Strong background in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and graphic design software preferred

  • Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions.
