As a Business Process Manager (BPM), you should be passionate about everyone’s success. 

Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is a program that recognizes information as an asset to drive better business outcomes.  The Business Process Manager EIM role is responsible for partnering and building relationships that enable new processes and technologies that provide enhanced EIM capabilities for our business and technology stakeholders globally.

The successful candidate must be able to document, design and implement major business processes as well as evangelize new processes, procedures and technologies in order to assist with change management.

The BPM in this role will act as an EIM SME within project teams and guide stakeholders and solution providers in building our detailed designs as well as the execution of solutions that manage the entire data management. 

Role & Responsibility


  • Identify the most critical data needed by each application and facilitate creation of data curation processes across the enterprise — separate that which is most important from that which is least important.
  • Facilitate development of process KPIs and determine what data is needed to measure
  • Identify and facilitate the creation of business processes that warrant centralized/global governance (enablement), versus those that require regional and local governance.
  • Create inventory of data sources
  • Determine the information governance policy needed and the goals/targets for each data element.
  • Process optimization – building smarter processes that achieve greater outcomes with fewer resources (beyond process improvement alone)
  • Clarify and help shape EIM business requirements to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Utilize process and technical skills, as well as industry knowledge to evaluate customer needs and implement leading edge solutions
  • Facilitate detailed implementation planning, project planning and coordination around EIM tools and solution suites
  • Assist with annual resource & budget planning activities
  • Lead process discovery and design using Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) tools
  • Govern process changes proposed within projects
  • Define & maintain business processes documentation
  • Maintain relationship with global affiliates & BUs for systems which are global in scope
  • Lead projects to deploy new & re-engineered business processes across multiple BUs within the region
  • Build & maintain end user training documentation
  • Lead process training sessions with the business
  • Lead transitions from project stabilization to operational support team
  • Successful implementation should result in a globally connected business, with standard processes capable of delivering world class performance and driving business growth
  • Business Process Fit Gap Analysis
  • Participate in the fit gap analysis of existing processes
  • Manage business analysts and key users and coordinate with business to make sure to bring all required knowledge about business processes on the project
  • Identify ‘above the line’ and ‘below the line’ where ‘above the line’ means global standard process and ‘below the line’ means site peculiar process
  • Build strong relationships with power users within business functions
  • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
  • Set up and maintain functional requirement documentation


  • Design/facilitate the creation of use cases for testing team
  • Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements


  • Create / adapt training material
  • Create / adapt training exercises for the training sessions
  • Facilitate the training of all users

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience Required: 10>15 years
  • Travel Required: < 20%
  • 5+ years of operational and analytical work experience in a business or IT environment, with experience Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
  • Business Process Management experience

  • Ability to analyze and design business processes
  • Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought
