Role & Responsibility
  • Collect new dealer application forms and process approvals
  • Process dealer territory changes
  • Administer satisfaction surveys to new dealers after on-boarding processes are complete
  • Track & report on new dealer training and performance monthly
  • Collect new dealer leads that come from Bobcat.com and prepare support materials for evaluation
  • Create monthly reports on status of expansion areas
  • Track branch expansions using the Trello software tool
  • Use eSpatial mapping tool to communicate coverage status using maps & PPT
  • Complete ad hoc projects such as: Zip Code and APR clean-up
Job Requirement
  • Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
  • Experience Required: 0>2 years
  • Travel Required: <10%
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Ability to draw conclusions and present findings based off of data
  • Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
  • Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
  • Be able to self-manage time and set priorities amidst multiple project requests and deadlines; be organized in order to complete projects in line with expectations and deadlines
  • Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and quickly understand new projects, proactively communicate concerns and effectively present to a group
  • Possess a can-do attitude in order to enthusiastically deliver results to department managers
